Understanding OKR status
There are 4 Objective statuses:
On track
At risk
Behind
Postponed
They are not updated automatically; you need to set the status manually.
Use the status to understand which Objectives are on track and which needs extra attention. So that the team understands when it’s time to course-correct their plans. It also a useful indicator for other teams to offer help.
Postponed Objectives have one more special meaning - they are not counted when calculating the Objective progress on Dashboard).
