  • How to create a new Review Cycle
    To create a Review Cycle, you need to have the HR access level (edit access levels in People menu item). Go to menu item Reviews, tab Manage. Press New review cycle Configure the cycle params: 1) Name & Introduction Name - how the review will be called;  Introduction - text reviewers will see before writing the review;  2) Participants ReciFew readers
  • How to monitor the Review Cycle progress
    As an HR, go to tab Reviews → Manage. Click on the review cycle row that is in the status "In progress". You'll navigate to the "Review cycle progress screen". On this screen you will see: List of participants And the status of their responses: Not started (gray ◻️ ) In progress (orange 🔶) Submitted (green 🟢) No response (red 🛑) You can monitor the PrFew readers
  • How to write responses as a reviewer
    As a reviewer, you'll receive an email asking to write responses when the review cycle starts. You can also view all the reviews where you participate in the tab Reviews → My reviews. Press Write reviews (or Continue writing) to start writing the review.Few readers
  • How to view results when shared with me
    As a recipient As a recipient, if the review results are shared with you, you will be notified by email (and receive the link in the email). 👀 You will also be able to find all your review results in the tab Reviews → My reviews.
