Login to IMPACT
To login into IMPACT, go to https://app.plai.team/login
The current options how you can log in into IMPACT are through:
Google (corporate or personal account)
Microsoft
Slack
Email / Password
In IMPACT a user's unique identifier is the email. That means you can sign up with an email/password, and then use Google with the same email to log in to your workspace in Plai (or vice versa). As long as your email stays the same, you'll always have access to the same account.
Note, the password must be min 8 characters long and must contain at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 digit.
After login, we will redirect you to your IMPACT workspace if you have such.
If you don’t have any workspace, you’ll be invited to create a new one.
If you’re signing in for the first time, you’ll be asked to complete your profile.
If you received an invitation to the email, just click on the main button to navigate to the login screen.
☝️ Note: if on this screen you select a different email that you were invited to, you will create a separate account and won’t have an access to the workspace you were invite to by email. Make sure you select the same email (through Google/Microsoft/Slack) you were invited to.
If you team mates shared with you an invite link, you can click on it to login and join the workspace automatically (or sign up and join the workspace).
☝️ Note: link might be disabled, in that case you’ll see a message about it. Ask your workspace admins for the new link in that case.
If, for some reason, you lost access to your email or want to change the email that you used to login before, please contact us at support@peoplelogic.ai
