IMPACT OKR FAQs

1. Can I assign multiple Key Result owners?

Each Key result is owned by one user (or assigned to one user). 

It’s better when each metric has one clear responsible person. 

If other people contribute, you can create another Key Result owned by them, or assign tasks to them.  

2. Who can update OKRs?

OKRs have a visibility setting. Depending on the selected param, different users might be able to view and edit OKRs. Learn more about OKR visibility here.

To monitor the history of updates, view the Feed tab on the Objective details screen.

3. Do you have JIRA / Asana / Trello integration?

No, we do not have JIRA / Asana / Trello integrations at this moment.
We plan to add these integrations soon and sync your task in JIRA / Asana (and other project management tools) with Plai to make it easier for you to monitor progress.
