Peoplelogic uses the latest 8x8 Analytics for Work REST API to aggregate and provide insights on call information from your PBX.  Out of the box we aggregate the following events:

Incoming Call Received ✅
Internal Call Made
Internal Call Received
Outgoing Call Made ✅
