What is “My Objectives” in IMPACT
Each IMPACT user has a tab Objectives → My Objectives on the left navigation bar.
The user is considered a contributor to the OKR when at least one Key result is assigned to this user.
Thus all the OKRs where you own at least one Key Result are displayed in the My Objectives tab.
It’s a place to monitor and update all OKRs that you contribute to.
The Objectives displayed in My Objectives are the same as the ones displayed in the tab Objectives when you view your user profile.
You can also monitor the Objectives of other users by going to their profile.
To open other user profile:
Open Search (Ctrl / ⌘ + K key combination) and find users in search
Find the user in the “People” tab
